GRANT REQUIREMENTS

The Fort Worth Foundation consists of a board of directors dedicated to fulfilling Mr. Kronick’s mission to help the homeless and feed the hungry in the North Texas area. As such, only applications from organizations that work within this area will be considered.

Twice a year the Foundation reviews grant applications. Key dates are below.
April 15th – LOI due
April 30th – Full application due
October 15th- LOI due
October 31st – Full application due

Other Eligibility Requirements:

  • Organizations must be tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) and be classified as a public charity under section 509(a) of the Internal Revenue Code, or a qualified public entity as described in section 170(c) of the Code.
  • Organizations seeking funding must be working to feed the hungry and improve the lives of the homeless residents of Fort Worth and the surrounding North Texas area.
  • The Fort Worth Foundation does not award grants to individuals, international organizations, or political organizations.
